okto, a new channel from MediaCorp.

Me? Of course. But, I didn't do anything on my TV and this channel appeared itself. How come? Because it used SPH MediaWorks Channel i's old UHF frequency, which I didn't replace this channel on my TV since it has been ceased its transmission on 1 January 2005.

You might not believe it, but it is true.
